homespun: modern handmade

Homespun is a boutique, gallery and teaching space devoted to contemporary craft. Our offerings include jewelry, clothing, homewares, bath & body products, greeting cards and stationery, artisanal foods, children's toys and so much more. Beginning in late Fall 2010 we will have monthly 2D gallery art shows as well as in-store classes. Our class offerings will range from crafty techniques like needle felting, crochet, knitting, etc. to small handmade business development classes with content such as marketing, utilizing social media, blogging strategies, product photography and product packaging, etc.

Homespun is brought to you by the folks who created the INDIEana Handicraft Exchange, Indy's first and largest contemporary craft fair. The IHE is now held biannually in June and October at the Harrison Center for the Arts, with ever-changing mini events scattered around the city and around the calendar annually.
